INTEL CHIEF PREACHES RIGHT OF ACCESS TO INFO IN
VIETNAM
Intel CEO Craig Barrett has told students at Vietnam's top
technology university that all citizens should have the
right to access information on the Internet. The
government controls all media in Vietnam, and officials are
concerned over the increasing numbers of Vietnamese who have
access to a wider range of information and opinion on the
Internet.
